Martha Ramirez has more than 19 years of experience as a educator, with extensive experience as a consultant. She is also researcher whose main interests focus on growth mindset, flipped learning, and assertive communication. At present, she is a member of the research group of the Faculty of Education at Universidad de Los Andes; she also provides academic consultancy for different educational institutions. Martha has researched the role of the growth mindset in educational change with Universidad de Los Andes and she also teaches courses on the matter in both the educational and corporate fields. Martha has participated in several national and international conferences, webinars and workshops basing her work on research and evidence. She is the author of the book "In Class Flip: A Student-Centered Approach to Differentiated Learning", published by the International Society for Technology and Education (ISTE).
